Beauty Galore Extensions — Shipping Policy ORDER PROCESSING All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, restocks, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Before fulfillment, orders may be inspected and quality checked to ensure products meet Beauty Galore Extensions standards prior to packaging and shipment. ORDER VERIFICATION For the protection of our customers and Beauty Galore Extensions, certain orders may require additional identity, billing, or payment verification before fulfillment. Orders flagged as high-risk or requiring additional verification will not be shipped until the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete requested verification may result in the order being canceled and refunded in accordance with applicable payment requirements. Beauty Galore Extensions reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that cannot be successfully verified or that show signs of suspected fraudulent activity. SHIPPING TIME Shipping time begins after order processing is complete. Estimated U.S. transit times are: Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days Express Shipping: 1–2 business days Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination, shipping service selected, and carrier availability. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of Beauty Galore Extensions’ control may affect delivery times. SHIPPING & TRACKING Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after receiving your shipping confirmation. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making appropriate arrangements to receive their package. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION For added protection, signature confirmation may be required on orders valued at $300 or more. The recipient may be required to sign for the package upon delivery. Beauty Galore Extensions also reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order when additional delivery protection is appropriate. STORE PICKUP Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout when this option is available. Store pickup orders are subject to the same 3–5 business day processing period unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email or other notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received your Ready for Pickup confirmation. Pickup Requirements Customers must present: A valid government-issued photo ID The order confirmation or Ready for Pickup email The name on the order must match the identification presented at pickup. Pickup Window Orders must be picked up within 3 days of receiving the Ready for Pickup notification. Orders that are not picked up within the 3-day pickup window may be restocked. If an unclaimed pickup order is restocked, eligible customers will receive store credit for the merchandise value minus a 15% restocking fee. No cash refund or refund to the original payment method will be provided except where otherwise required by applicable law. Store pickup orders are not automatically converted to shipping orders. If you select Store Pickup and later request to have your order shipped, applicable shipping charges must be paid before the order can be shipped. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Beauty Galore Extensions is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. DELIVERED PACKAGES A package marked Delivered by the shipping carrier is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend: Checking your mailbox, porch, lobby, front desk, parcel locker, or other designated delivery area. Checking with household members or neighbors. Contacting the shipping carrier directly. Filing a missing-package or carrier claim when applicable. Beauty Galore Extensions will provide reasonable assistance with available order, tracking, and shipping documentation. However, Beauty Galore Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact Beauty Galore Extensions as soon as possible. Claims may be reviewed using carrier tracking information and any applicable carrier or shipping insurance coverage. If your order arrives damaged, please retain: The original shipping box or mailer All packaging materials The merchandise Shipping and carrier labels Clear photographs and/or additional documentation may be required before a claim can be reviewed. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement, refund, or store credit. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES If a package is returned to Beauty Galore Extensions due to: An incorrect or incomplete shipping address Failed delivery attempts An unclaimed package Refusal of delivery Any other customer-related delivery issue the order will not qualify for a cash refund except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once the package has been returned and inspected, eligible customers may receive store credit for the merchandise value, excluding original shipping charges. If the customer would like the package shipped again, new shipping charges must be paid before reshipment. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please carefully review your products, lengths, textures, lace selections, quantities, shipping information, and payment details before completing checkout. FRAUD PREVENTION Beauty Galore Extensions reserves the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order that: Is flagged for suspected fraud Contains inconsistent billing or shipping information Requires additional identity or payment verification Cannot be successfully verified Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment when additional verification is required. Beauty Galore Extensions — Return & Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our hair products, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Beauty Galore Extensions. Except where required by applicable law, Beauty Galore Extensions does not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original form of payment, including credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Affirm, or other payment methods. In rare cases where a return is reviewed and approved by Beauty Galore Extensions, the customer may receive store credit only. ORDER INSPECTION — 48 HOURS Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. To submit a claim, email Customerservice@beautygaloreextensions.com and include: Your full name Order number A detailed description of the issue Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue Photos of the product in its original packaging Claims submitted after the 48-hour inspection period may not be eligible for review. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit. All claims are reviewed individually. HAIR MUST REMAIN UNUSED & UNALTERED Hair must remain in its original condition in order to be considered for any approved return, exchange, or store credit. Hair will not be eligible once it has been: Installed or worn Washed or conditioned Brushed, combed, or excessively handled Cut or trimmed Colored, bleached, dyed, or chemically processed Heat styled Treated with products Removed from its original packaging in a way that prevents the product from being resold Altered in any way For lace products, including closures, frontals, and wigs, the lace must remain uncut, uncolored, unbleached, and unaltered. Beauty Galore Extensions reserves the right to deny any request involving hair that shows signs of use, installation, alteration, or improper care. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY Beauty Galore Extensions takes payment fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Beauty Galore Extensions reserves the right to provide the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer with all available documentation related to the transaction, which may include: Order and payment confirmation Shipping and tracking information Proof of delivery Signature confirmation, when applicable Customer communications Billing and shipping information Fraud-prevention or transaction records available through our payment systems Any chargeback believed to be fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with documented order and delivery records may be formally contested. Customers who submit fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be restricted from placing future orders with Beauty Galore Extensions. Filing a chargeback does not override the terms of our Return & Refund Policy or any rights or obligations required by applicable law.
